Youth Fit

Sponsored by a grant from the Laura B. Vogler Foundation, this year long program provides youth ages 9 - 19 with physical fitness activities once a week. Classes have included yoga (at PS 27), self defense for young women, sprinting and running club, and pilates. We are currently offering:

Tae Kwon Do - Wednesdays at 5:30pm.
Yoga - Tuesdays at 4:00pm.
