Health Education Workshops

Do you have a group of parents or youth who are interested in learning more about a health topic or issue? RHI sends our Community Health Educators, Peer Health Educators and professional medical staff from Long Island College Hospital into the Brooklyn community to provide workshops and health screenings. Topics include: asthma, breast cancer prevention, women's health, safer sex, HIV and STI prevention, smoking cessation, domestic violence, nutrition, and overall wellness programming.
